What this website is for

This website provides general information about our mortgage broking services, our lending guides, and calculators you can use to estimate repayments, borrowing power and stamp duty. It also lets you send us an enquiry, or book a time to talk with us using our online calendar.

Nothing on this website is credit assistance, financial advice, or a recommendation to enter into any credit contract. See the disclaimer in the footer of every page for the full wording.

Calculators

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us, stored, or seen by anyone. Their results are estimates only, based on the assumptions stated next to each one — not a quote, a pre-qualification or a pre-approval. See our Calculators page for details.

Enquiries and bookings

If you send us an enquiry through this website, we use the details you provide to reply to you and nothing else — see our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly and governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless page-view analytics tool that does not track you across other websites or collect anything that identifies you. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile solely to check a submission isn’t from a bot; it doesn’t track you elsewhere.
